With the current expansion of ABA and our increasing desire to provide the best customer service, we have created a new Help Desk unit. This unit bacame fully operational on Monday,February 7 2005.

The main goals of the Help Desk are:

1. Assist Customers with regards to Abaflex service and related issues.
2. Support Customers with regards to ATM and Cards activity and related issues.
3. Follow-up with customers in order to improve customer satisfaction.

Our Help Desk staff will be available as follows:

• Monday – Thursday, 06:00 to 24:00
• Friday – Saturday, 06:00 to 01:00
• Sunday, 09:00 to 24:00
